Please note; "Gold Mother of Pearl" is really a somewhat misleading trade name and a more accurate description would be "Yellow Mother of Pearl" . It is usually rather subtle in appearance but often has discreet, and very attractive, colourings within in.
NB Shell plate is usually 1.5mm thickness unless otherwise stated Each of our shell blanks has a 90% or more usable surface area. Occasionally bark or boring holes are evident on the reverse side but the "face" will be 90%+ usable material.
